The Process
Concept Design
Our process begins with an on-site consultation to understand the scope of your project and your vision. We then provide a detailed quote for the proposed works. Upon approval, we proceed to create concept drawings, including the initial floor plan and elevations, bringing your dream to life
Developed Design
After the concept is approved, we collaborate with secondary consultants specializing in various fields such as structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and interior design to further develop the project. If necessary, we prepare and lodge a resource consent application at this stage.
Building Consent
We carefully prepare and submit all documentation to the council, managing the process until your consent is approved. We also handle all communications with the council on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and efficient approval process.
Detailed Documents
At this stage, we produce detailed documents demonstrating compliance with the NZ Building Codes. This includes comprehensive plans for structure, cladding, and services, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
